I’ve been in the skincare industry for over 15 years. I’m a certified esthetician and worked in one of the most fast-paced environments in NYC as an executive beauty stylist.

Our moments these days are filled with so much stimulation. We have external noise and internal noise and this causes us to be un-centered and absent minded. It is important to take time out to the daily grind and remove ourselves from the noise and really be quiet. I would like to help your body find movement and remind your mind that it benefits from stillness. Sometimes in yoga you might feel like a graceful swan. Other times you might feel like a baby giraffe trying to use its legs and thats ok. It’s all about meeting yourself where you are and not where you think you should be. Peace cannot be forced.
